T his is the secret. “Advance and retreat” There is a one, two, three stages in every advancement. If a woman refused to give a man a hugged, it does not make sense asking her for a kiss, and if she will not give him a kiss, it does not make sense asking her for sex. If a dog will not make you petted him, do not go grab him on his testes. This is common sense. Do not do anything to a woman that she is not doing to you. Making sexual overtone jokes with her before you take her through the one, two, three stages, is madness.
Sexual harassment laws give women enormous power to send men to prison. Defamed their character and tainted their reputation for ever. Things will never change until politician’s children begin to get hit or pull down in this great dragnet. Any man can turn up to work or school one day and hear that they have some sexual harassment charges lodge against them.
In one hospital I worked. A female nurse hugged a male nurse, her breasts were right in his face because of the bear hug she put on him. The following day he hugged her. She wrote him. He was fired.
Refusing to give a woman attention is the worst kind of harassment there is. Not talking to her, walking pass her like no body is there is the worst harm you could do to her. What the judges call harassment women love that. Women love all the attention. I have sen women is school and sometime on the job with their pants so things you could see the outline of their vaginas. Why? What the reason for that kind of revealing clothing?
we wake up one morning and a new word came into our vocabulary. The new word is this “Sexual Harassment” We talk about this new word, but what does it really mean? “Sexual harassment” “The repeated making of unwanted sexual advances or obscene remarks to a person, especially in a workplace.”(Harass) Mean. To torment (someone) by subjecting them to constant interference or intimidation. 2 make repeated small-scale attacks on (an enemy) in order to wear down resistance. (Harassment) Mean it is repeated, a continue action. After the person was told to stop.
For it to be an harassment it has to be a ((repeated)) and unwanted. In other word, it became an harassment after the victim show or say the behavior is offensive to them. For it to be an harassment it has to be unwanted. And the victim must make it known to the person, telling him to stop. (Harassment) Every man has that one chance to make an approach to a woman that he think is sending him some kind of signals saying that she is available. To get up and put a sexual harassment charge on a man only because he whistle without asking him to stop is very evil. Some men are fool and deserve that lesson. But, just suppose he was not even aware of the woman? I am walking down the road and some man is calling out to me and the women take it personally not knowing that such men do not want woman but only want men. First before lodging a sexual harassment charge on people we must first know who troublemaker. You do not know if the man was black, white or Spanish. So how do you know that his comments was even directed toward you? Some people just make complains because they have the people who will listen. Some sexual harassment charges is just to get the attention of the media.

Whistling at woman get some men fired from their job. One security guard working a certain hotel, pass by the swimming pool and look at a woman’s crotch and was fired for that. Society gives men the idea that to get women a man must hound them. Foolish men failing to understand a woman’s sex ology will always get into trouble. Hounding and dog tailing a woman only work in the man’s disfavors because it give the woman the ideas that the man is hard up.
PICKING UP A SEXUAL HARASSMENT CHARGE INNOCENTLY.
The unforgiving sin where women are concern, is when the woman has a crush on a man and the man are not reciprocating. This made the woman feel cheep, feel rejected, feel throw away. Some time a man cannot respond to a woman advancement because he is afraid of the woman’s husband. Sometime he is not sure of what she wanted from him because her interest in him is not clear to him. Some woman are just not a good signal giver. They expect the man to figure it out and most men are not that smart. Some men would never know even if a vagina drop out of a tree and hit him on the head. One Spanish lady actually brought a translator to talk with me, before I actually pick up that she wanted me. Now that I know my religious conviction kicks in, devotions to my wife kicks in. Scared that she might want commitment that I cannot give kicks in. Scared that it might be a set up kicks in. She was not rejected, and I was not as holy as I think, I was just too scared. I have seen too many men prison being totally innocently because society are trained to believe that men are guilty especially black and Spanish men.
Some woman look younger than their actual age, which can scared some men even more. Thinking he been stalk by a fifteen year old girl, which will use her age to accuse him when the relationship turn sour.
A CRUSH VERSUS REJECTION ON THE JOB.
When a woman feel rejected, she will attack the man’s performances at the job which has nothing to do with the job. When a woman feel rejected at school she will use the man school performances to attack his character which has nothing to do with his attendance and performances at school.
Men came under a lot of fire, some men take refuges in saying they are gay, which they are not just to keep out of trouble. To nil our chances of surviving in the job market and in the education field, we men must stop all flirting in schools on and the job. Do not give nor take any jokes. Keep away from ladies which make sexual overtone jokes.
Many of us black men did not grow up with a father, and has no one to teach us so we end up making a lot of mistakes by trials and errors. Many of us know little are nothing about women. I married one wife and live with her from I was twenty four years old until now I am old. One time during our marriage I was having some problems, so I decided to go to the local library and get a book a how to understand women. I rented some materials “How to read a woman like a book” Within five minutes of using the materials I almost faint with disbeliefs.
In dealing with women you have to read their attitudes, read their spirit and do not listen to their words only. For example, a girl sitting down looking directly at a man. This gives the man the idea that the woman is waiting for him to make an advance at her. But, if the man failed to see the stone look on her face, and the tiger in her eyes he will fall into a trap. She is waiting for him to pull a joke are made a comment so she can put a sexual harassment charge up his pants.
For example, a woman asks me if my wife died if I would marry again. You must know what you are being asked, and are able to zooming in on the reason for the line of questioning. I told her no I would never marry again; she has not spoken to me since for some twenty years. Not because a woman is acting like she got fish to fry that mean you must jump on it. You are jumping on your own grave.
PUSH EQUAL PULL.
You are pushing and she is pulling. You keep looking at her she look away from you. Women run after the men that are running way from them and flee from the ones that is running after them. The challenge to get what she cannot get is greater than holding on to what she can get. To get her back in your corned you must do what the other guys are doing. Pull and make her do the pushing. Do not wear your heart on your sleeve, it is you alone in love. The laugh is on you.
IT IS NOT WOMEN FAULT WHY THEY ARE ANGRY.
A friend of mine marries a very pretty woman. In childhood she was raped by her own father, she was rape by her own step brothers, then she went to live with a pastor and his wife and the pastor raped her. She grew up used, trash and angry at men. All this happen because men failed to know that women want the same thing that we men wanted. Worst of all women cannot hold their feeling when it came time for nature to take it course; they have to give it up. The man only need to let the women know that he desire her, then keep himself clean and stay out of trouble. One day that woman is going to turn up. You do not need to be running after her all over town until you picked up a charge of harassing her.

Men are more likely to pick up a sexual HARASSMENT charge on the job than women. At the same time, women do much more sexual harassing than men. The thing is, women are more subtle, and know how to do it and get away with it. Not because a woman is showing affections to a man, that does not mean she want him. She want him only to be around so as to make the other man that she really wanted, get jealous and make his move at her quick, before this fool get her.
HOW TO KNOW WHEN IT IS REAL OF FAKE.
If a woman on the job wants to get with a man she will give the man her phone number and make herself available after work. If she localizes the relationship only to the job, it is a trap. She want a hugged or a kiss but only on the job, she want sex but only on the job, you can never catch her after work that tell the man that what the woman want is to be seen tailed by such a man on the job. That is all some women want just to be seen tailed around by certain co-worker.
HOW WOMEN DONE IT:
Do you ever notice in school how a couple of girls beat up another girl? Boys stayed one place while beating up other boys. But girls keep moving the victim, they beat her then walk her to a new spot and beat her some more, and, if you do not look closely you will not see that a child is being beaten to death. It is the same way with sexual harassment when it is done by women. For example, a woman will started a sexual over tone conversations, then allows the men to drag it out and get into trouble.
Sometime a woman only want to be seen chased around the building by men, this meant a lot to her self image, in the sight of the other women. Sexual harassment charge is sometime done to show up the woman’s piety. Sometime women report men, to make themselves look straight in the sight of their husband, or intended lover.
A couple of ladies came by me, and standing there. One says “I always have a pet lizard when I was little" The other one ask? "Did it big?" One reply "I do not want any thing if it is not big" All this is said in my present, hoping for me to make a respond. If I laugh I am considered a part of the conversation, and will be blamed for it. Any respond I make I will be going down. I quickly walk away, and the Conversation stops. When a man refuse to bit unto the bates the women will hate him even more. Pass him off as homosexuals which he is not, and make complains that he is harassing them when he was not doing such a thing.
Walking away might not get you off the hook, not responding to them is seen as an insult and they quickly call you a “Smart ass” Women do not like smart men who can see the trap. It is best to be there but pretend not to hear what was said. Then you will look to be slow. But at least a grudge might not follow. Having a sexual HARASSMENT charge in your personal files, you might not even get a job to cut fleas off the tail of a dead dog in today job market.
HOW TO IDENTIFY SEXUAL HARASSMENT COMING FROM WOMEN:
Any sexual overtone conversation that is started in the man’s presence. Any sexual jokes on the job. In a club and on the beach, teasing from women is quite ok. shake it in your face, sitting down in your lap. Any thing goes. But on the job and in schools. If you value your job or education, you should think twice, about your jokes, your remarks, and the conversation you take part in. I am writing from personal experience. The best defense is to move when certain thing start to happen. You cannot depend on men for support because these men can be bought out by a woman for nothing.
THE ONE THAT IS NOT GETTING THE ATTENTION IS THE DANGER.
For a thing to be a harassment. The so call victim must draw the line. Then once you cross it is consider a sexual HARASSMENT (meant). However, if you wait until the female tell you to stop, it is too late. Because it is not the one that is enjoying the joke is going to make the complain. It is the one that feel left out and is not getting any attention.
AVOID LUSTFUL LOOKS AND STARES ON THE JOB:
Lustful looks and stares, tell the woman that the man is needy, hard up, in starve rations, and desperation. This is the number one man that women love to avoid. Women believe that this kind of men do not know when to stop, lost control of themselves, and so cause unintentionally hurt to women. They also believe that this kind of men will jump into bed with every body, and bring home disease to them. It is important to know that women look at men the same way men look at women, but women do it more subtle. Women wait until the man is in the line of vision, are mobilized themselves so the man is in line of vision then look him over. Women do not like to turn heads because it gives away their intention.
DO NOT GIVE AFFECTION TO ANY ONE FEMALE ON THE JOB:
No back rub, shoulder massage or hugged on the job. One woman does not happy when the other woman get lucky. She feels be-little, left out and walked over. One woman get pregnant for a singer, he friend told her to abort the baby. She aborted the child, then the woman that told her to do it, went and get pregnant for the same man and keep her baby.
DO NOT START A RELATIONSHIP ON THE JOB:
When the relationship get sour, all hell is played out on the job.
DO NOT MAKE SEXUAL OVERTONE JOKES:
To be safe, you should move when that conversation is started. If you are anti-homer sexual you should refrain from all jokes that is level at them. Sometime the person who started the joke is pro-homosexual who wanted to know where you stand on the subject, so by starting a conversation that is seem to be anti, is a trap.
A VERY TIN LINE BETWEEN HARASSMENT AND PERSISTENCY:
The judges cannot tell the difference between, HARASSMENT, persistency and stalking. Even falling in love with a woman can be an HARASSMENT to her if she do not want it.
WOMEN SCORNED MEN WHO ACT DESPERATE AND HARD UP:
To get lucky with women. All a man need to do is to be available. In other word, women must know where to find you. She must know that you have some likeness for her. But, wearing your heart out on your sleeve and your sex organ out of your pants is not going to help you. In fact it is going to drive them away. The secret is, they only want somebody who ready when they are ready.

NOTHING YOU DO CAN MAKE YOU GET WOMEN.
Nothing a man do are say can make him get women if the women do not like him. How long will it take some of us men to know that you cannot turn on a woman! She was already turn on. I had a relative, who cannot read, have no job, and have no clothing except what the rest of the family give to him. He has no good behaviors because he cut some of the women with knives, yet he has the most women and over twelve children. Women are very cynical of smart men.
