HOW TO COME OUT OF DEBT AND HAVE PROSPERITY.

A Person cannot go foreword in life financially, when you have debts pulling you down and back. The whole financial institution is set up to keeps people in finically deluge. I once accept a $500 credit card from a store. What was not told to me is that I already owed $50 on the card, for processing fees. I buy a TV for $200 on the card, I must pay $20 per months, because I was working near by the store, I stop by and paid the money. Sometime five days before the due date. I was not paying attention to the bills each month since I know that I was up to date with my payments. I open one of the bills to see when the payment will finish. To my surprise, all that money that I was paying was going as late fee. Because the late fees is $20 and the monthly fees is $20. I went back to the stores and was able to prove three months when I paid five days before the date, they credit me for the three months, but all the other receipt that I could not fine, and they got me. They never finish with me. The more I pays is the deeper in depts I go, I finally stop paying and that was what they wanted me to do. It went to about $2000 I had to buy the whole thing out for $1000. Years later I find all the receipt, that $500 card case me about $5000. And left me with a bad credit. After the stores made their money, they sell your case to another company. Then another company is now writing to you for money and has your name at collection agency.
(2) BEWARE OF SIGNING CONTRACTS THAT HAS NOTHING IN IT FOR YOU.
Anything thing that got people in debt is signing contracts that is design to sign away all their rights. For example, if you went to buy a cell phone and they want two yearly contracts, and things that are changing over night, they plan to rob you blind from the start. If the service is going to be good and fair, you need no contract. Even if they give you only one-day service and begin to act up, you still owe them two years payment. Nothing in that contract to protect you if they go bad on purpose, or on negligence. I lease a printing machine from a company; the contract say they will fix if it is broken down, what the contract did not say is how early will they fix it. They fix it and have it in their office for three months, while I keep going day by day asking for it. After I sued them they show proof, that it was repair within two days of receiving it.
(3) OVER EXPENSIVE FURNITURES WHILE LIVING IN RENT HOUSE.
To buy too much over expensive furniture’s while still living in a rent house is not a wise investment. Every time you have to move, things get broken and chip up. Then you have all that heavy stuff to move with. I learned this the hard way while moving from CT to Florida.
(4) MOVING FROM A RENT HOUSE AND LEAVE MINOR DAMAGE BEHIND UNFIX.
Leaving from a rent house and leave minor damage behind is just the thing that Satan wants to use against you and put you in debt for a long time. Most landlords are upset when occupants are living, especially when occupant is moving in their own home. Any minor repairs that left behind, they have their own contractors that came and fix then jack the price up. A simple crack wall that could have been fix by any body, now they tear down the whole wall. A carpet that could have been patch, they dig up the whole thing. Doors knob damage that could have been easily patch by any handy man, the landlord removes the whole door, and the wall behind the door and charges you for it. Be careful how you leave damage behind. One of my lady friend, her husband throw a punch at her, his fist did mist and dent the wall a little, she did not pay any much attention to it. When she move out her land lord tear down the whole wall and slap her with a $10.000 bill, be careful how you leave a simple damage behind. To avoid coming out of debts is not to go in it the first place.
(5) HAVING PROSPERITY.
A good church community can be one of the best asset a person can ever had if you find the right ones, but one where the pastor is a money hungry slut, can turn out to be another hell. If the church had five hundred members, and you open a new business, those five hundred members already are your customers. That is if they are loving, and that depend on the kind of pastor that they had.
Isaiah 56:10-11 (KJV) His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber. [11] Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter.

Twelvefold description of wicked watchmen: 1. They are blind (Isaiah 56:10). 2. They are ignorant. 3. They are like dumb dogs. 4. They cannot bark. 5. They love sleep. 6. They are lazy. 7. They are greedy dogs (Isaiah 56:11). 8. They are covetous. 9. They are ignorant shepherds. 10. They are selfish. 11. Everyone is consecrated to gain. 12. They live in pleasure, drunkenness, and increased revellings (Isaiah 56:12).
DO NOT LEAVE GOD OUT OF YOUR LIFE.
Proverbs 3:6 (KJV) In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
Begin, continue, and end every work, purpose, and plan with God. Self-sufficiency and self-confidence have been the ruin of mankind ever since the fall. Man's sin has been to live independently of God. True religion consists of full acknowledgement of God in all human affairs (Proverbs 3:5).
