T he same reasons why people do not understand the Bible are the same reasons why they do not understand the Koran. Here the Koran is using sarcasm. In these verses both the Bible and the Koran are using sarcasm, about the death of Jesus. Men think they kill him but men did not truly kill Jesus. He laid down his own life for our sake. What the Koran said have a logical explanation in the Bible. But you have to be reading both books to see the missing pieces.
Many Christians are trying to convert Muslims to Christ, but you are going to find that a hard job, if you do not know what the Muslim holy book say about Jesus. You will need to know the two books. You cannot bring people in by stoning them.

These Are Saying The Same Thing
Hebrews 3:1 (KJV)Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;
Koran 2:87-KORAN Section 11. We gave Moses the Book and followed him up with a succession of Apostles; We gave Jesus the son of Mary Clear (Signs) and strengthened him with the Holy Spirit. Is it that whenever there comes to you an Apostle with what ye yourselves desire not, ye are puffed up with pride? --Some ye call impostors, and others ye slay!
The prophet is using a sarcasm.
Koran 4:157-KORAN That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Apostle of Allah"; --But they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not: --
Jesus is using a sarcasm about his death.
John 10:17 (KJV) Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.
John 10:18 (KJV) No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.
John 10:19 (KJV) There was a division therefore again among the Jews for these sayings. John 10:20 (KJV) And many of them said, He hath a devil, and is mad; why hear ye him?
John 10:21 (KJV) Others said, These are not the words of him that hath a devil. Can a devil open the eyes of the blind? 2 Cor. 6:2 (KJV) (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)
